Notes from the last week...

Okay, it's been a little while since I last posted about my disdain for NASCAR, but a few things have happened this week...

1. Monday was Presidents Day. Thank God for those presidents, having a day in the middle of February like that. I spent my Presidents Day shoveling my roof. Let me repeat, shoveling the roof.

2. Monday night I put my iPod up to charge. And woke up Tuesday morning with my iPod sitting in a half-drunk cup of tea. Fried. Seriously, what is it with me and iPods?
-July 2003, iPod dropped in toilet
-September 2005, iPod deletes itself
-December 2005, iPod deletes itself
-August 2006, lose iPod for three weeks
-January 2007, iPod corrupted and must be deleted
-February 2007, iPod starts feeling English and needs some tea.

Now I have an iPod that, if I could keep it in a vacuum, I would do so.

3. In an effort to reestablish my iPod to former dominance (think Belgium), I have been importing (and backing up) our cds. iTunes can fill in information if it's connected to the internet. In uploading The Beatles "Abbey Road" (my personal favorite Beatles album), iTunes claimed that the cd was "unclassifiable." That is exactly right...
