Lucinda Williams - The Egg, Albany NY

I love alt-country as much as the next guy, but there wasn't a whole lot of "alt" at the Lucinda Williams concert last night at The Egg in Albany. A great venue, there was not a bad seat in the house, the acoustics were so good that you could, regrettably, hear every comment the idiot-fueled audience made. Is there anything more disrespectful than someone shouting out the name of the song they want to hear? Anyhow, Lucinda was good - more country than I had expected, but her band was fantastic. This is a recording of the highlight of the night, but not from last night. And it's almost 7 minutes long...
