The Austin American-Statesman has a segment, apparently, called "Ask Mack."
Here's the piece, there's only one question:

ASK MACK
This week's question: How did last week's postponement affect team preparations?
Mack's answer: "We started Rice Thursday morning early as coaches. We got them on the practice field and we talked only about Rice, then we gave them assignments for the weekend. We wanted them to watch Kansas-South Florida. We wanted them to see what that was like. We wanted to them to see Missouri and Oklahoma, any team that we were playing. We wanted them to look down the road a little bit here because it was an open date. They can see the standard we're going to have to play to because we've got some of the best teams in the country right now on our schedule."

Check an English book and Mack's grammar officially rates Piss Poor. Wouldn't you think the AA-S would perhaps edit ol' Mack? I have no idea what Coach is talking about. Texas -1 (OU +2).

You're seriously docking a point for poor grammar? Does this apply to players on the teams too? If so you're going to be deducting a lot of points from both teams. You better ax somebody.
I am docking a point for poor grammar. Because players don't write their own responses in the paper. It's one thing to say "like" every other word, but it's another to have your own Q&A in the paper, and not have some graduate student take a look at it. I'm sure UT has some people on call to correct term papers, maybe run Mack's response past them before it goes in the Austin paper.
