The Long-Awaited 2008 Top 10 Albums of the Year

Bad couple of days. Let's talk about something fun.

Album #10:

TV on the Radio's "Dear Science."

Says the New York Times: "Few if any working rock bands have the rhythmic intelligence of TV on the Radio"

Says Rolling Stone: "'Dear Science' is a brilliant balancing act between pop aspiration and music-geek aesthetics."

Says NME: "'Dear Science' cuts through genres like a laser through a music encyclopaedia, making strange connections, but always with pop clarity as the ultimate aim."

Says I: "Top Ten Album of the Year."

There are a few songs that are a bit too 'beastie boy' for me, but overall, I dig.
