One of these things is not like the other...

And now for men's baseball.

Look, I was at a Florida Marlins game in May, and the crowd was incredibly sparse then. Note the recap from ESPN. And then note the official attendance in the box score...

This is from today's Atlanta / Florida game.

MIAMI (AP) -- Hanley Ramirez homered and doubled to lead the Florida Marlins past the Atlanta Braves 5-3 Wednesday in front of an incredibly sparse crowd of just 600 fans.

Fewer than 600 people were in Dolphin Stadium's bright orange and aqua seats for the first pitch, leaving most of them to reflect the afternoon sun. While the official attendance, based on tickets sold, was 11,211, the ballpark was so quiet that home-plate chatter could be heard.

Now the Marlins' official attendance:
Attendance: 11,211 (30.9% full)

That's a discrepancy of 10,611 fans. So this made me go back and look at the box score from the May 6 Brewers/Marlins game I attended. Official attendance was 10,113. That means it was me, Prince Fielder and Hanley Ramirez at that game....
